I can help you with trends, colours, themes, venue dressing ideas, how to implement your unique ideas, logistics and of course legality. This is a 2 hour brainstorming session; your idea book and wedding planning pack is yours to keep. £70
On the Day services
Passing off Service You have planned your wedding yourself but now the day is here, who is going to make sure all goes smooth on the day? You can give me a list of your vendors and I will confirm with them, all services and times of arrival on the day. When they arrive I will give them any final balance payments on your behalf, answer any questions to help you and your vendors have a successful day and if there are any problems, take care of them.
Coordination of ceremony with officiates. Check the sound systems are sufficient, cue music; organize the procession line and be sure everyone goes down the aisle at the correct time to the music. I have experience with traditional, contemporary, fun and unusual ceremonies. Civil partnerships and American style ceremonies. A lot of the brides I have worked with believe this service is priceless and they couldnt have made such a grand entrance without me. A rehearsal for the bridal party is available at no extra cost.
Reception coordination While you and your family enjoy your day a wedding coordinator is busy attending to the small details that create the big picture and assure the smooth running of your reception. This includes anything from organising people for photographs, checking food service, to directing special programs and taking care of any issues that may arise.
